Woman's Missionary Union challenges Christian believers to understand and be radically involved in the mission of God.

Women on Missions
Woman on Mission offers people the opportunity to witness to God's love by promoting and supporting special mission offerings and by personal involvement in local mission projects.
Special mission offerings include:
* Ray Roberts Offering for Ohio Missions
* Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions
* Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions
Local mission projects include:
* "Showers" and support of Walk for Life fundraiser for Pregnancy Care Center of Cincinnati
* Supper for Collegiate Ministries Outreach (formerly Baptist Student Union) at the University of Cincinnati
Girls in Action
Girls in Action is open to all girls in grades 1-6.
We gather weekly on Wednesday night from 6:30-7:15 PM
Our intent is to learn about missions and missionaries in the United States and doing various mission projects in the church and neighborhood. We do this because a heart for missions must be learned and nurtured early ... and because it's FUN!!

Who: Preschoolers ages 2-5 (one class for 2s &3s, another for 4s &5s) When: Each Wednesday night 6:30-7:15 PM What: Preschoolers begin to learn about missionaries and how they share God's love around the world Why: No one is too young to begin mission education... and because it's FUN!!
City Gospel
Serving More Than Just Food at the City Gospel Mission Diner
Every fourth Saturday of the month, a group from Mt. Carmel cooks and serves dinner at The Diner. This diner provides warm delicious meals to approximately 90 individuals living on the downtown Cincinnati streets and is part of the ministry of City Gospel Mission, as it reaches out in Christian love to those in need of a hot meal and much more.
Mission Projects
Are you willing to share the love of Christ through missions.
GO Participate in one or more of the Mission Trips.
PRAY Pray for those who will be participating.
SUPPORT Designate offering to support a mission.
Some of our members will return to Thailand and China in the fall of 2009.
Our goal is to distribute Evangelical materials and Bibles to Chinese vacationing in Thailand. We will be working in cooperation with Southern Cross. Candidates for the trip are socially skilled individuals with an intense desire for evangelism.
